ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN KOPERASI DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

The purpose of the study is to analyze the significance of the effect of job satisfaction factors consisting of an atmosphere of work, supervision, financial compensation, opportunities peromosi and co-workers, either partially or or simultaneously on employee performance cooperatives in Central Lombok regency, and who has the most pengruh dominant. The research method used is associative studies causality, which is a study that aims to find hubingan or other forms of attachment (influence) between one or more variables. The data was collected using a questionnaire to employees of cooperatives throughout Central Lombok. Sampling technique Purposive sampling method is a technique for sampling the population heterogen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis model. While testing the hypothesis using the F test and T test. The results showed that there is significant influence either partially or simultaneously from the atmosphere of the work, supervision, compensation, promotion opportunities, and Coworkers on Employee Job Performance Cooperative Central Lombok. Furthermore, of the six factors examined job satisfaction, financial compensation factor that has the most dominant influence on job performance.
