This study was conducted at the goverment-owned training centres throughout Lombok island. This is an associative causal relationship study involving 86 employees of the centres as respondents of the study. For data analysis, the researcher employed Path Analysis Research Design of SPSS Amos program. Result of the study show that the Quality of work life positively and significantly influenced the organizational commitment. Also trust in leaders influenced the organizational commitment. Quality of work life positively and significantly influenced the organizational citizenship behavior. However, the trust in leaders negatively and insignificantly influenced the organizational citizenship behavior. The study also aims to determine the most dominant variablesinvestigated that affect the employee work performance. The study uses an associative-causal research approach aiming to reveal the relationship between two or more variables. Population of the study consisted of 68 people and they were taken entirely as a respondent. To collect data, a questionnaire instrument was used. Proir to the study, the instrument was tested todetermine its validity and reliability. Further, the study employed multiple linear regression with statistical test of determination (R2), t-test (partial test), F-test (simultaneous test),and individual coefficient of determination (r2 test). Result of the study show that: (1) Financial Compensation had no significant effect on the employee performance but non financial compensation did significantly influence the employee performance. (2) There was a significant effect of the simultaneous Financial Compensation and Nonfinancial Compensation on the Employee Performance. (3) The nonfinancial Compensation had indeed a dominant influence on the employee performance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh dosen tetap di STIKES YARSI Mataram yang berjumlah 78 orang, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan yaitu berupa skor yang diperoleh dari tiap jawaban kuisioner yang disebar pada responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala pengukuran berdasar skala Likert. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan proses analisis menggunakan bantuan komputer dengan program SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasaan di atas, maka kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dapat diambil adalah : (1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari budaya organisasi, Iklim Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan YARSI Mataram. The study populations consisted of 358 fully-employed teachers who worked in Islamic Junior High Schools of Pondok Pesantren (Boarding Schools) in Mataram City. By using Slovin formula, the researcher took 79 teachers as the study samples. The study employed a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire containing question related to the variables under investigation, i.e. leadership, organizational commitment and teacher performance. The data were analyzed by using SPSS path analysis. The result of this study reported that there was positive and significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment and the Performance of the Islamic Junior High School techers at the Pondok Pesantren being investigated in Mataram city. The technique of data collection employed literature studies and questionnaires. Population of the study covered 169 echelon III officials in West Lombok regency. The data were analyzed using Path Analysis technique. Results of the study show that: (1) promotion had a positive effect on work motivation; (2) promotion had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation (3) work motivation had a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction (4) promotion had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction through the provision of motivation from the Government of West Lombok Regency. Results of the study recommend that the authorities of West Lombok regency should conduct the promotion process in a fair way by considering the educational background, competence and performance of its staff. All of these problems happen among teachers of Labuapi High School of West Lombok Regency. This study aims to investigate the significant influence of individual and organizational factors, either simultaneously or partially, on the teachers’ Organizational Commitment. This research is categorized as an associative study. The population encompassed all 70 high school teachers in Labuapi Distric of West Lombok Regency. These teachers were all taken as samples of the study. Data collection method involved the use of a questionnaire containing questions about the Individual Factors, Organizational Factors, and Organizational Commitment. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results of the study indicate that the Individual and Organizational Factors simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable of Organizational Commitment. The most dominant variable affecting Organizational commitment was the individual factor. The research method used is associative studies causality, which is a study that aims to find hubingan or other forms of attachment (influence) between one or more variables. The data was collected using a questionnaire to employees of cooperatives throughout Central Lombok. Sampling technique Purposive sampling method is a technique for sampling the population heterogen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis model. While testing the hypothesis using the F test and T test. The results showed that there is significant influence either partially or simultaneously from the atmosphere of the work, supervision, compensation, promotion opportunities, and Coworkers on Employee Job Performance Cooperative Central Lombok.
