This type of research is associative research, data processing in this research uses SPSS 25.0 For Windows. Thus, based on the results of this research, all variables have a partial effect, where the variable traditional food has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, variable taste has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and the customer intimacy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The population used in this study is 100 respondents customers Gadai Maju Aman Sejahtera by using non probability sampling which is assisted by the use of questionnaires in the data collection of its respondents. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression that aims to prove the hypothesis of the study. Respondent Data were tested to several tests to match the effect or not on the two variables in the main variable with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the test results, it is known that the variables Brand Experience (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) in the products and services of Gadai Maju Aman Sejahtera. The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results of statistical data testing and analysis show that the indicators in the research conducted are declared valid where in the classical assumption test the data is normally distributed and there is no multicollinearity. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative research. The location of this research is located on Jl. Ade Irma Suryani, Monjok, Kec. Selaparang, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection method uses the census method. The data analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS version 16. The respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram, totaling 62 employees. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Job Design has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a population of 100 Miniso Lombok Epicentrum Mall consumer respondents domiciled in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of the research found that there is a positive and significant relationship between visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and product displays in influencing impulse buying at Miniso Lombok Epicentrum Mall, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Mataram City Communication and Information Department. All 81 members of the population were used as respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 22 software. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient test, F test, and t test. The results of the research show 1. Work ability has a significant effect on the work spirit of employees of the Mataram City Communication and Information Service. 2. The type of research used is associative research with a qualitative approach that is transformed into quantitative form. One of the agencies engaged in education which has the task of developing the potential of students to become human beings who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic citizens where researchers conduct their research to find out and test the influence of Social Support and Organizational Commitment on teacher job satisfaction at Tsanawiyah Sa'adatuddarain Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Praya Central Lombok. The population in this study were all teachers at Tsanawiyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sa'adatuddarain, Praya Central Lombok. The number of samples used in this study were 38 people using the census method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about social support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and knowing the amount of influence with the coefficient of determination method using the SPSS 23 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that; (1) Social Support has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, where data was collected through documentation of the company's financial statements. The results show fluctuations in the company's profitability throughout the research period, with Return On Assets (ROA) increasing from 2.48% in 2020 to 13.56% in 2021. This positive trend continued in 2022, with the ROA reaching 26.26%. However, in 2023, there was a decrease in the ROA value to 17.71%. The increase in ROA in 2021 and 2022 is associated with improvements in Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO), indicating enhanced operational efficiency and profitability. However, in 2023, there was a decrease in ROA along with a decline in profits and sales, as well as an increase in operational costs.
