The secondary data utilized in this study are in the form of financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the last five years. Baling – Baling Bambu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pegawai atau karyawan PT. Baling – Baling Bambu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang pegawai PT. Baling – Baling Bambu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis menggunakan SPSS 2.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel data penelitian ini terdiri dari 23 sampel perusahaan IDX LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023 dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi (pengamatan) yang tidak langsung dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan data laporan dengan mengakses situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu www.idx.com.id. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahun sebelum kebijakan pajak penghasilan terbaru dan dua tahun sesudah kebijakan pajak penghasilan terbaru. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda Paired T-test dan uji wilcoxon sign rank test.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">&nbsp;Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada variabel Accounts Receivable Turnover dan Price Earning Ratio terdapat penurunan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan pajak penghasilan terbaru pada perusahaan IDX LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Sedangkan pada variabel Current Ratoi, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profil Margin, dan Dividend Payout Ratio terdapat penurunan yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan pajak penghasilan terbaru pada perusahaan IDX LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019- 2023. The population in this study were all Ortuseight shoe consumers at the Spora Sport store, while the sample for this study was 80 Ortuseight shoe consumers using accidental sampling techniques. This type of research is quantitative research. Data processing in this study used SPSS, where validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, significance tests (t tests) and coefficient of determination tests (R2) were carried out. This type of research is Quantitative Associative research. The data collection method used is a survey method using primary data collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were users of RG Trans services and those who had used RG Trans services. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis with data analysis tools using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis show that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer interest, (2) word of mouth has no significant effect on consumer interest. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative-causal approach. Testing was carried out on 74 health workers at the Buer Community Health Center, Sumbawa Regency. The data collection method uses the census method. In conducting data analysis, multiple linear regression techniques were used with SPSS version 24 application tools. The results obtained were: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) ) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The population in this research is all consumers who have purchased products at Maneuver Sports Apparel with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. This research is associative type using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the brand ambassador variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for maneuver sport apparel products with a calculated t value of 4.346 &gt; 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This research consists of independent variables, namely compensation, and work discipline and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. The type of research used is Associative-Causal Research. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables (compensation and work discipline) influence the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The results of the research show that both compensation and Work Discipline partially have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of Bolly Bima Department Store employees.
