Ketahanan pangan Desa Lembah Sari memerlukan perencanaan yang menghubungkan potensi lokal, inovasi pertanian, akses pasar, dan partisipasi antargenerasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan menyusun masterplan ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas serta mengidentifikasi perbedaan kesiapan pemuda dan masyarakat umum terhadap agenda tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sembilan responden, diskusi kelompok terfokus, survei lapangan, observasi, analisis tematik, dan analisis deskriptif skor persepsi skala 1-5. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemuda memberikan rerata skor lebih tinggi pada keberlanjutan (4,6), diversifikasi pangan (4,8), teknologi pertanian (4,4), dan akses pasar (4,6) dibandingkan masyarakat umum, masing-masing 3,0; 2,5; 2,0; dan 2,5. Perbedaan terbesar terdapat pada penerimaan teknologi pertanian. Proses partisipatif menghasilkan empat komponen masterplan, yaitu diversifikasi pangan lokal, penerapan teknologi dan praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, penguatan akses pasar beserta infrastruktur pascapanen, serta kepemimpinan pemuda. Masterplan perlu diterapkan secara bertahap melalui demonstrasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, kolaborasi antargenerasi, dan pemantauan berbasis indikator agar inovasi dapat diterima secara inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
