Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and organizationial commitment on employee performance at PT. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative research. The location of this research is located on Jl. Ade Irma Suryani, Monjok, Kec. Selaparang, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection method uses the census method. The data analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS version 16. The respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram, totaling 62 employees. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Job Design has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Sastro Utama Media Group Mataram.
