This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the job satisfaction of Bolly Department Store Bima employees. This research consists of independent variables, namely compensation, and work discipline and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. The type of research used is Associative-Causal Research. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables (compensation and work discipline) influence the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The results of the research show that both compensation and Work Discipline partially have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of Bolly Bima Department Store employees. The population in this study were all Bolly Bima Department Store employees, totaling 55 employees or respondents who filled out the questionnaire covering 95% of the total number. The results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bolly Bima Department store employees. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bolly Department store Bima
