Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of work motivation and leadership style to employee loyalty at PT. Bank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Besar Branch. The research used a quantitative approach. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, leadership style has no effect on employee loyalty at PT. Bank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Besar Branch.
