Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, innovative leadership and competence on employee performance at PT Astra Motor Sriwijaya Mataram. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative-causal approach. The population in this study amounted to 41 employees of PT Astra Motor Sriwijaya Mataram. The data collection method uses the census method. In conducting data analysis, multiple linear regression techniques were used using the SPSS version 25 program application. The results of the study show that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Innovative Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it is concluded that the fairer and more appropriate the compensation given, the higher the employee performance will be. The more effective the leader, the higher the employee performance will be and the higher the employee competence, the higher the employee performance of PT. Astra Motor Sriwijaya Mataram.
