This research aims to comprehensively examine how compensation, physical work environment, and work motivation influence employees' enthusiasm at the Health Office of Mataram City. The study applies a quantitative approach utilizing a census method, whereby the entire population of 85 employees was included as research respondents. Data collection involved interviews, Likert-scale questionnaires, and documentation analysis. The dataset was processed through multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption testing which included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The findings reveal that compensation and motivation significantly and positively impact work enthusiasm, whereas the physical work environment, although positively associated, does not exert a statistically significant effect. The determination coefficient value of 0.602 indicates that the three independent variables collectively explain 60.2% of the variance in work enthusiasm, with the remaining 39.8% attributed to other external factors not addressed in the model. These results highlight the critical role of optimizing compensation systems and fostering motivational strategies in enhancing employee morale, alongside the necessity to improve physical workspace conditions to support greater productivity.
