Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of iPhone users in Mataram City. This is a quantitative research. The population of this study consists of iPhone consumers in Mataram City, with an unknown total population. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using the Lameshow formula. Data were collected through questionnaires. The dependent variable in this study is Consumer Satisfaction, while the independent variables are Product Quality and Price. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that both Product Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction of iPhone users in Mataram City. The factors of Product Quality and Price contribute 52.9% to customer satisfaction, while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
