Kontribusi Mahasiswa Dalam Efektivitas Pelayanan Pajak BPHTB di Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of regional autonomy requires every local government to prepare accountable planning and budgeting documents, one of which is through the Regional Work Unit Work Plan and Budget (RKA-SKPD). This community service activity aims to optimize the role of students in supporting the process of preparing the Regional Work Unit Work Plan and Budget (RKA-SKPD) at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) of North Lombok Regency. Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram were actively involved in various stages of preparing regional planning and budgeting documents through a collaborative participatory approach. During the four months of implementation, students not only participated in the process of disseminating technical knowledge through meetings and preparing Renstra documents and performance trees, but were also directly involved in inputting RKA data into the SIPD application. The results of the activity showed that student contributions were able to improve work efficiency and the quality of document output, while providing relevant practical experience for the development of academic competencies. This activity emphasizes the importance of synergy between higher education institutions and local governments in realizing transparent, participatory, and sustainable financial governance.
