ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA, DESAIN DAN LOKASI TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN BANGUNAN RUKO PADA PASAR HIGIENIS SELONG DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

The research was conducted in Selong with respondents who had visited the office market of Pasar Higienis Selong. This study aimed to determine the effect of price, design and location to Consumers Buying interests In Pasar Higienis Selong. This study uses data collection tools (instruments) in the form of a questionnaire. For the data taken with good quality questionnaire and qualify then tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis that aims to determine the accuracy of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression model should be of good quality, qualified for the decision to test for normality, multicollinearity test, test heteroskedastisas, and autocorrelation test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis proved that the price (X1), Design (X2) and location (X3) significantly influence consumers to buy. While based on the results of the test proved that the independent variable is partially significant effect on the dependent variable. The independent variables were the dominant influence consumer buying interest is the location.
