Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Menengah Di Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Gunung Sari Kabupaten Lombok Barat

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are found in all villages and cities. The situation is, there are those who develop and there are those who cannot develop. The inability to develop MSMEs is because the knowledge of MSME entrepreneurs in building and developing businesses is still limited and their business capital capabilities are also limited. The way to develop MSMEs is to empower MSME entrepreneurs in the knowledge of building and developing businesses and in capital. One way to empower MSME entrepreneurs is to provide knowledge about building and developing businesses and increasing capital through education and counseling.

Micro, Small and Medium Business Entrepreneurs in Gunung Sari Village, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency are faced with the problem of not being able to develop their business due to limited knowledge, understanding and insight into business and capital.

Business development counseling is carried out to empower small entrepreneurs in running businesses. Counseling is carried out using three methods, namely the lecture method, focus group discussion (FGD), and literacy method.

As a result of the three extension methods implemented, extension participants have gained additional knowledge and insight in developing their business. Participants also showed new determination and enthusiasm in running existing businesses. Participants also hope that this

extension activity will continue in the form of education and business training.
