The marketing capacity-building program for coastal women's groups in Meninting Village, West Lombok, aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in managing seafood-based businesses. This initiative focuses on three key aspects: digital marketing, packaging strategies, and marketing during production halts. The digital marketing training enables participants to leverage social media and online marketplaces to expand market reach and improve customer engagement. Additionally, the packaging segment highlights the importance of attractive and functional design to increase product competitiveness. Participants are also equipped with alternative marketing strategies to address production challenges caused by external factors, such as pre-order systems and product diversification. Through this approach, MSMEs are expected to enhance their competitiveness, broaden their marketing networks, and establish more sustainable businesses.
