Abstract

The outcome of the higher education process refers to the MBKM guidebook, one of the indicators of which is IKU-1. IKU-1 requires a waiting time to get a job of less than 6 months and a maximum of 12 months with a take home pay of 1.2 times the UMP in addition to continuing education and working as an entrepreneur. The purpose of this activity is an effort to improve the soft skill competency of students receiving the Cendekian Baznas Scholarship at the University of Mataram through mentoring and monitoring in accordance with the methods and curriculum determined by the Central BAZNAS. The results of the activity achieved the target of 100 percent with a participant attendance rate of more than 70 percent. The absence of participants was 25 percent due to lecture schedule factors, PKL, KKN and other factors.
