Abstract

Abstract. Cassava is one type of plant that is important as a source of nutrition, especially
carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Cassava is a horticultural commodity that is processed first
before being consumed. The results of this plantation can be utilized into products that have high
economic value. One of them can be done by diversifying products, namely making nuggets from
cassava. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by socializing and practicing
making nuggets from cassava. The socialization provided explains about increasing economic value
by diversifying products, namely making nuggets from cassava. After that, it is continued with the
practice of making nuggets. This practice begins by explaining the materials and equipment used
up to the manufacturing process. With this activity, it is hoped that the nuggets produced can
increase community income, especially for housewives in Kotaraja Village, Sikur District, East
Lombok
