STRATEGI PEMBERDAYAAN INDUSTRI KECIL MENENGAH (IKM) MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN PERIZINAN USAHA DI NTB

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) play a strategic role in supporting local economic growth and
job creation. However, many SMI actors in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) still operate without
legal business status, such as the Business Identification Number (NIB). The absence of business
legality limits their access to financing, partnerships, and government empowerment programs. This
community engagement activity provided direct assistance to help SMI actors obtain business legality
through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The activities included awareness sessions,
registration simulations, and individual technical guidance. The results indicate that a practice-based
approach is highly effective in enhancing understanding and accelerating the business legalization
process.
