This article discusses the importance of capacity-building programs for small culinary enterprises in Lembar Selatan as an effort to enhance competitiveness, business sustainability, and community welfare. The capacity-building was carried out through business management training, digital marketing mentoring, product quality improvement, and business networking development. The results of the program show an increase in the entrepreneurs’ abilities to manage finances, expand marketing through digital media, improve service quality, and create culinary product innovations based on local potential. With continuous mentoring and support, small culinary businesses in Lembar Selatan are expected to develop into a creative economic sector that supports regional tourism growth.
