Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan model UTAUT2 Plus dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi dalam menjelaskan adopsi teknologi finansial sebagai sistem pembayaran non-tunai pada UMKM di Kota Mataram. Secara spesifik, penelitian menguji pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, motivasi hedonik, nilai harga, dan kebiasaan terhadap niat dan perilaku mengadopsi fintech, serta peran moderasi usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman pengguna, dan religiusitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi. Sampel terdiri dari 135 pelaku UMKM yang tersebar di enam kecamatan di Kota Mataram, dipilih dengan teknik probability random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan kebiasaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat mengadopsi fintech. Kebiasaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku mengadopsi fintech, demikian pula terhadap niat berperilaku terhadap perilaku penggunaan. Sebaliknya, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonik, dan nilai harga tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel moderasi (usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman pengguna, dan religiusitas) tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan dalam model. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa faktor fungsional seperti ketersediaan infrastruktur dan pembentukan kebiasaan lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan faktor hedonik dan sosial dalam mendorong adopsi fintech di kalangan UMKM di Kota Mataram. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya peningkatan literasi digital, infrastruktur teknologi, dan strategi pembentukan kebiasaan penggunaan melalui program loyalitas dan kemudahan akses untuk memperluas adopsi fintech sebagai sistem pembayaran non-tunai.
