Jurnal Riset Mahasiswa Akuntansi (RISMA) is committed to ensuring the availability and accessibility of published articles through electronic archiving. Articles are stored and presented via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on the journal’s website, organized by volume, issue, and year of publication. Readers can browse past issues through the "Archives" menu.

The archive includes the files of published articles along with their bibliographic information, such as the title, author(s), abstract, keywords, and publication details. This archiving process aims to maintain a record of scholarly publications and facilitate the retrieval and use of articles for educational and research purposes.

Regarding the development of digital preservation, RISMA follows the documentation provided by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) for OJS-based journal archiving. Long-term preservation requires mechanisms that complement the storage provided on the journal’s website; furthermore, separate system backups are maintained to ensure service recovery in the event of technical disruptions.

Information regarding any external preservation services utilized by RISMA will be provided once participation and the successful storage of content within those services have been verified.
