Inclusion and Indexing

Jurnal Riset Mahasiswa Akuntansi (RISMA) is committed to enhancing the visibility, accessibility, and discoverability of its scholarly publications through the implementation of structured, consistent, and sustainable indexing and URL management systems. This policy ensures that every published article can be located, accessed, identified, and accurately cited by readers, researchers, and scholarly indexing services.

Article URL Provision
Each article published in Jurnal RISMA is assigned a dedicated publication page containing bibliographic information—including the article title, author(s), abstract, keywords, volume, issue number, and year of publication—along with a link to the full-text manuscript.

The journal employs consistent, publicly accessible URLs to facilitate searching, citation, and integration with search engines and academic indexing services. For articles assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), the DOI link is included as a permanent digital identifier.

Indexing Policy
Jurnal RISMA supports the discovery and indexing of scholarly content by providing structured article metadata, open-access abstract pages, and full-text documents in PDF format.

The journal ensures metadata compatibility with academic search engines and indexing services by adhering to metadata management standards within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Bibliographic information is managed consistently to ensure readability by automated indexing systems.

The inclusion of the journal or its articles in any indexing service is only claimed once it has been confirmed or verified through the respective indexing service.

Accessibility and Discoverability
All published articles are accessible via the journal’s official website, with no payment requirements or subscription-based access restrictions. Jurnal RISMA strives to ensure that article pages, abstracts, metadata, and PDF documents remain accessible to both readers and legitimate search engine crawlers. Journal management maintains the URL structure, document availability, and metadata consistency to minimize broken links, page redirection errors, and access disruptions that could affect the discoverability of publications.

Metadata Maintenance and Updates
The editorial team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bibliographic information for each article. Should any metadata errors, URL discrepancies, or issues accessing published documents be identified, the journal management will conduct reviews and implement corrections in accordance with established system management procedures.

Every effort is made to ensure that any changes to URLs or metadata do not disrupt access to previously published articles or compromise the validity of registered DOI identifiers.

Commitment of Journal Management
Jurnal (RISMA) is committed to developing a digital publication management system that is transparent, easily accessible, and supportive of the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge.

This policy regarding URL inclusion and indexing is part of the journal’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of metadata management, the interoperability of the publication system, and the sustained accessibility of the scholarly work it publishes.
