Abstract

Lack of motivation and discipline at work, which affects the performance of employees at PLTD Paok Motong. Based on this problem, this research aims to find out whether motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PLTD Paok Motong. In this research, the type of casual association research uses quantitative techniques and uses questionnaire and interview data collection methods. Data processing in this study used SPSS 2.6 for Windows, where validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, f tests, significance tests (t tests), coefficient of determination tests (R2) and multiple linear regression tests were carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, all variables have a partial effect, namely Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance. The conclusion from this research is that if work motivation and discipline increases, employee performance at PLTD Paok Motong will increase.
