This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflict, workload, and work environment on employee work stress at PT Maju Global Motor Group Mataram Branch. The population of this study included all employees totaling 40 people with the data collection method using a census and data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation, as well as questionnaires as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that work conflict variables had no significant effect on employee work stress, while workload had a positive and significant effect on employee work stress, while the work environment had a negative and significant effect on employee work stress. The coefficient of determination of 0.469 shows that overall, work conflict, workload, and work environment have an influence of 46.9% on employee work stress. The remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be given are that organizations can implement various policies that can optimize employee work stress levels through work conflict management, workload balance and improving the quality of the work environment
