Ebatan: Keaslian sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Gastronomi Berbasis Komunitas

Abstrak

Pariwisata Lombok dikenal dengan kekayaan budayanya yang autentik, namun potensi kuliner tradisional seperti Ebatan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai daya tarik wisata gastronomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi otentisitas Ebatan sebagai daya tarik wisata gastronomi berbasis komunitas di Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode ngayo, yang meliputi observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, pakar budaya, dan masyarakat setempat. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan kondensasi data, presentasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ebatan memiliki tingkat otentisitas yang tinggi, baik dari segi identitas kuliner maupun nilai-nilai simbolis yang diwariskan melalui otoritas adat. Peran sentral masyarakat setempat tercermin dalam upaya untuk mempertahankan dan mewariskan nilai-nilai tersebut, yang sekaligus menjadikan Ebatan sebagai representasi identitas budaya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Ebatan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai daya tarik wisata gastronomi berbasis komunitas, yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman autentik sekaligus mendukung pelestarian warisan kuliner khas Lombok.
