Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Customer Experience, Dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Loyalitas
Pelanggan Pada Ncuhi Barbershop Di Kota Mataram. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi 100
responden dengan sampel sebanyak 100. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan
menggunakan alat Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama,
Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kedua, Persepsi Harga
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian dapat di jadikan dasar untuk
meningkatkan Customer Experience, Dan Persepsi Harga untuk meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Ncuhi
Barbershop Di Kota Mataram

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Customer Experience, and Price Perception on Customer Loyalty in Ncuhi
Barbershop in Mataram City. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The population is 100 respondents with a
sample of 100. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences (SPSS) tool. The results of the study show that first, Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect
on Customer Loyalty. Second, Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of
the research can be used as a basis to improve Customer Experience, and Price Perception to increase Customer Loyalty
at Ncuhi Barbershop in Mataram City
