This study aims to analyze bankruptcy predictions using the Modified Altman Z-Score model for PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk during the 2014–2023 period. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data source is secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk. The data collection technique was carried out through documentation, and the analysis method used was the Modified Altman Z-Score Model. The results of this study, based on the analysis conducted, show that from 2014 to 2019, PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk was in a financially healthy position with an average Z-Score of 4.95910. From 2020 to 2022, the company was in the grey area with an average Z-Score of 1.53522, whereas in 2023, PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk was in a bankrupt or financial distress position with a Z-Score of -0.85843
