THE EFFECT OF INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET, CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ECO-EFFICIENCY ON THE VALUE OF LQ45 COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE IN THE PERIOD 2019-2023

Abstract

       This study aims to analyze the Influence of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Eco-Efficiency on the Value of LQ45 Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. In this study, Price to Book Value is a proxy that will be used to measure Company Value. The Investment Opportunity Set is measured by Assets Growth. While Corporate Social Responsibility is measured by GRI G4, and Eco-Efficiency is measured by dummy variables. The type of research used is a quantitative approach using Eviews 12 with a survey sample data collection method. From a total population of 45 LQ45 companies listed on the IDX, 19 companies were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique with 5 years of observation. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model Estimation Model. The results showed that the Investment Opportunity Set as measured by Assets Growth did not have a significant effect on Company Value (PBV). While Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) had a significant effect on Company Value (PBV). Eco-efficiency does not have a significant effect on Company Value.
